Yingshanosaurus was a stegosaur from the Jurassic Period, 150 MYA and lived in China. It had bony plates along its back and tail. It had a small head just like all stegosaurs and used its plates on its back to warm itself.

In 2006, the only found specimen of this dinosaur was lost.

Yingshanosaurus has been depicted in the childrens book, Dinosaur ABC, despite it's so little classification.
